  • My husband and I enjoy the driving range and visit a couple times a month. Last week, Our hatch was left open while we were on the range. My purse was in full sight and the hatch was wide open. My husband thinks he must have hit the button reaching for his redeemable range card. The manager ( I regret I did not get his name) Searched for the owners of the SUV over the entire property and left another employee there to stand guard. I cannot tell you how amazing that was! Amazing customer service and kindness. I was panicked when he explained what he did and just kept saying, "Thank you, thank you so much" as we sprinted to the car. I should have gotten his name. I hope you can find out who was on duty Friday the 25th. Thank you so much for hiring such a great staff!
