| - made an appointment for 4pm.
regular full set & reg. pedicure.
came in at 3:37pm earlyyy & its 4:40pm right now and not a single nail has been touched.
i am so ready to walk out but i already wasted my time and ***walked here.
i might as well get something out of it.

There were also two other ladies who had 4pm appointments and did not get or begin to get serviced until about 4:35pm. One lady sitting directly next to me opted out of even getting her services because again her appointment was for 4pm. Again, I was right behind her ready to walk out. The staff offered to begin on her, even an express pedicure but she said no she wouldn't want to rush through her pedicure, she is here for the services and would like to enjoy. She was continuously on her phone trying to work around the delay because she had a dinner to attend and kids that now had to get dropped off. Respectfully I felt bad for this woman who carved time out of her day for herself and to relax only to waste her time. They moved on to start on her friend as she just sat there. Again, I felt bad for her but thankful I was not the only one- clearly.
To the owner who responded to my review, my pedicure was not meticulously done. As much as you guys charge, I expected just a little more finesse. The lady who did my pedicure just filed away. She didn't ask me what shape or if I even wanted my nails filed. Maybe I wanted them cut, then slightly filed or a certain shape. And she scrubbed my feet dry. I've never had a foot scrub DRY before. I got the minimal pedicure due to me being seen an hour after my appointment however, we can get cut with a dry scrub. Like, soap, lotion, somethings. Doesn't have to be fancy just lubricated. Right ladies?
When I came in at 4pm I WAS ASKING HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE for nail art. Two male technicians came out and refused to do it. They said they can't. I explained to them an EASY technique and they were not willing to try. Jasmine told her there is a lady who can do it but she's currently with a customer. fine. I had to wait but they said they'll get started with my pedicure. Here I am waiting for my pedicure to commence and she keeps telling me 5 more mins, 3mins, next, more like 25 min wait to just be seated. another 20 mins until a nail got touched.
Through all these minutes of waiting Jasmine and the lady doing my pedicure kept asking me for the picture of what I wanted done. I showed nearly the whole salon the photo but never got a price. Why is everyone asking me if no one is giving me my estimate? So frustrating. NO ONE TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG for nail art. Your staff just kept beating around the bush instead of just shooting the shot. DO NOT DEFLECT THE DELAY DUE YOUR STAFFS TIME MANAGEMENT TO SIMPLE NAIL ART INQUIRY. I asked about it -not demand that it be done. Nonetheless it was still just a simple appointment for a full set and pedicure.
I left feeling like I had to solve a jigsaw puzzle to get something SO simple done. A place where I came to relax and treat myself.
"meticulous" work? that is what we pay for. Offer me tea? Its in the front lobby. The lady next to me was offered white wine. yea, I don't feel very above and beyond. I felt like charity work. I almost walked out with just my 2 hour pedicure but the lady who did it did do her best and we negotiated so I walked back to continue with a full set.
I smiled leaving the salon because I am appreciative of their efforts but the overall experience was not what I signed up for.
