  • I just had a regulator replaced on my Victory. The diagnosis of the issue was quick, however, the replacement of the part took 3 weeks. For the high price they charged for the part (compared to multiple sites on the internet), you would have thought they had it shipped overnight delivery. And after having it for so long, they didn't even throw in a complimentary wash. It was also very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone in the Victory service department. I had to call several times before anyone picked up.
