  • I live in San Diego. I play at Hollywood Casino. My Players Card is good at M Casino and a few other casinos throughout the states. Two nights ago I played at M Casino I raised my points by over 4,000 points. I retuned yesterday to play at M Casino. I swiped my Players Card and saw that I was at Producers level of play. I went to the Players Club window. The clerk made me a Card. I saw that there was a gift offer and he told me that a person could receive a gift for 500 points from midnight to midnight. I said, "Check to see how many points I made from midnight to 1:30 am". He told me over 800. He gave me directions to Promotions Gift counter. I walked to the far end of the casino to the gift counter. I showed the clerk my ID and Players Card. She ask me if I swiped my card. I told her I had. She said that if I qualified for a gift the Swipe would have indicated that I qualified for the gift. That I had to have 500 points that day to receive a gift. I said, "I had over 800 points for today".I played from midnight to 1:30 am. She said, "YOU DONT QUALIFY, THE TIME STARTS AT 4 am". Did I stay and play at M .....NO Ask yourself, after what happed to me, how likely would you play at M casino. And how likely would I recommend anyone playing at a casino that treats out of town guest with theses ridiculous time rules and stingy gift giving rules. Keep in mind, the absolutely ridiculous 24 rule, 4am to 4am. In my world it's midnight to midnight. Sorry "M" you lost me as a player and any other out of town or local that I can tell of your stingy gift practices.
