rev:text	Why do I get an unneeded "$3 mud charge", when husband never gets that charge. Truck was NOT muddy. I asked to see the mamager, who shuffled out & claimed it takes extra time to prep my dually, and they have to clean off the cement. I said wasn't that why they hit me for $3 large vehicle charge. Nope... I understand they want to upsell, but charging me extra $$for mud, when there was none is ridiculous. $29 to wash my truck. Really!
