  • Good product, horrible customer service. After the first time that they were rude, I gave them a chance to redeem themselves, but they decided to add insult to injury. They didn't seem to mind at all, when I told them they just lost a customer for the rest of my life. When a company is like this, and they fail to understand that the more people like me, the less chance they have for survivability.
