During a routine Winter tune-up at this Auto Garage, frustration sets in.
For me personally, it was only a Mild symptom but I cannot say the same for others.
From the entrance, it began with confusion about the queue. Laughable really.
Who's First? Who's Second? Who's Next? Is there a Line there? I've been waiting...
All they really needed was to provide a simple queue setup like the Banks. That's all.
As I left my vehicle in their trust, I waited waited waited elsewhere still waiting...
No calls received beyond ETA so I leave and head back to see the situation.
Someone calls while I'm halfway to give me bleh bleh problem this, problem that.
I just went for simple Oil Change & Winter Tires which already took most of the day.
When I got back, I line up again in that line. As others follow or stand beside me.
More come out from the Waiting Area to line up everywhere and anywhere.
More staff looking busy and ignoring Customers, EXCEPT for the younger one.
As I wait I hear other Customers say they arrived Early Morning, way way before me.
Frustrated and hoping to hear if they can get their vehicle before shop closes.
I was clear that every Customer had unpleasant emotions about the services here.
Once is enough.
