  • Great workout, great coaches. BEWARE of your bank account though. Their billing practices are shady at best. Make sure you get in writing that you will be refunded if they mess up - you will need this when they decide not to honor that and you have to go through your bank to get your money back. I'll never go back, which is a shame because like I said the workouts were incredible (and I still very much recommend them). But what is the point when the business owner won't refund your account for their mistake because she's "trying to run a business" ? Shout out to my financial institution for getting my money bank for me! **UPDATE** Was told on 11/15 I would not be charged anymore and this nightmare would be over. Guess who got charged again on 12/4? THIS GIRL. WTF! So disappointed - some business can just never be trusted. Is this how they make their money?! **UPDATE 2** As the owner commented below, my account was refunded. And then deducted again. No response from them when I asked about it.
