  • 5 stars for the bakery items and 1 star for service. The acne prone youngster taking orders was a rude lil fella. Tourists asked questions on pricing and the baked goods and he he was just short and nasty to them. They had a special today that if you spent 24.95 you get a free mug. I was 30 cent short and because my box was all wrapped up I wasn't able to add anything else on. Wtf?!?! The cashier didn't even make eye contact with us. Dude either let me add another cookie or give me the got damn mug. Being a fan of Cake Boss for years I was excited to get to taste items from Carlo's but the service left a whole lot to be desired. Glad I got to taste but I'll never be back again.
