I decided to stay at this hotel because I saw there were mostly good reviews. I stayed here for 2 nights for the first time. We were suppose to stay for 3 nights, but something came up so we requested to cancel one night, which my husband talked with the hotel manager Miguel who approved the cancellation.: that was the start of great customer service. I would like to say that the front desk has great customer service. The room we stayed in looked nice and was clean. The only things that I have to say that negatively impacted my stay is that the maintenance man they sent for room service was not helpful .I told him I needed extra towels and he told me there were extra towels by the pool area and didnt give me extra towels, but I called the front desk and the young guy at the front desk brought me 4 towels as requested. The other thing is I told the maintenance man that the light fixture was missing he said well the light works and he left, not a super big deal but still he wasnt friendly at all and didnt offer to replace it. The toilet handle was cracked missing a piece, not a big deal either, it still flushed but still. The last thing is its great that they have a indoor pool, but its not heated and the water was real cold so my kids didnt want to swim in it. I like the fact that they have the free continental breakfast and for what we were looking for in so little time, with the price we paid! u can't beat it.
