On Sunday, I returned to the Boot Barn to confront the manager, Tracy, who was very rude and accusatory to me the day before when I told her that all of my items were not in the bag when I returned home. Thankfully she wasn't there and a different manager, Christina, was working. After explaining the situation and going over every step with her and the cashier that checked me out, I was allowed to grab the two items that I was missing.
To me it wasn't about the money, it was about the attitude of the manager, when I told her the situation and the principal of it.
I very much appreciate Christina who was very attentive and gave me the things that I was missing. I have changed my mind about shopping there again, but if I walk in and see Tracy, I'll probably go to another Boot Barn.
