  • The owner is named Thai. I had to leave my car there one day in an emergency. They kept it for three days and I had to keep calling to get any kind of update on the repairs. I even stopped by and he got offended that I was "checking" on them. "I said that we would call you." I told him I needed my car for work. In the meantime I had to drive my old car that I've been trying to sell. After I finally got my good car back (after that my turn signals no longer worked) I was stupid enough to leave them my old car to have the brakes and the other noise fixed so that I could finally sell it. HE KEPT IT FOR THREE WEEKS WITHOUT DOING A THING TO IT! Thai claimed they cleaned the brakes. That's it. My antenna was stolen. He parked it under another car and that car's chemicals leaked onto my car's hood. HE GAVE IT BACK TO ME THAT WAY! I finally just grabbed my keys from him and said thanks for nothing. I think that this business is just a chop shop. How can you do business this way? I will report him to the Better Business Bureau. Is it because I'm a female that I'm treated by mechanics like this?
