  • This company is highly unorganized to be a corporation that operates at the capacity in which it does. Not only when my tire goes flat they are unable to find my policy number, they then proceed to tell me roadside assistance is not included in my plan that I upgraded to and was perfectly clear with the representative that I spoke to that I wanted it on my plan. The company has me on hold for more than 30 minutes trying to coordinate things on their end and after relaying the fact I have a moving company with me charging my the hour they still manage to move with exquisite slowness. I will Be cancelling my plan and I will NOT refer anyone to this company. Maybe if your company spent a Little more time working on location accuracy and efficiency instead of your commercials you would be able to retain customers that have been with your company for years. Very disappointed and unimpressed with my experience today.
