| - It's been almost a year since the initial to the date of installment and I have finally found the courage to write a review. I wasn't so happy with this company it took over 6 months for 2 shutters/windows. I wasn't kept updated on what was going on. I had to call after 2 months to see where my shutters were since i did pay half the deposit at the initial visit. Ben told me the warehouse/manufacturer for some reason did not receive my order. So then, he told me it would be another 6 weeks and gave me $100 off. Ok I was fine with that. Then 6 weeks passed I had to call again to see what was going on. Ben told me they finally got the shutters and someone will be over to install it. Someone came over installed it and I noticed it wasn't what I ordered. I showed the installer the receipt and yes I was correct, once again the manufacturer had made a mistake. Ben again gave me another $50 discount for the inconvenience. I again waited another 6 weeks. Oh yeah did I mention, I had to call every time to find an update on the status of my shutters which was very frustrating. Already frustrated with this company, I tried to stay calm and professional about this situation, Ben had sent Juan (another installer over) I didn't like him much. Very arrogant. Who comes over over an hour late and doesn't call or notify me he's going to be late. He finally arrives in a 4-door BMW sedan. What? Who comes over in their regular vehicle to do a job? But who am I to judge, at least not yet. So this arrogant Juan installs the shutter, btw does a lousy job. Never fails the second window did not have a frame. Really???? Ok this is the part a company truck should be handy, instead of taking the boxes and trash with him like any other supposedly professional company. Juan had dumped all the trash in our trash can which filled it up and left no room for our household trash. Very unprofessional!!!!! Juan stated he'll let The manufacturer know what was missing and will keep me updated. Ok once again. Finally 2.5 months past the shutter is finally done. Juan calls me to find out when he can install it. I told him it will be awhile since I've been working so much, I seriously wanted to be home when he came to install it and I also wanted my husband home also because I didn't appreciate the way he talked to me the first time he came over. 2 weeks later he called again this time Juan was threatening me that he will report me to collections because he needed to get this job done. I was livid, how dare someone threaten me when I've been so patient. I tried calling Ben, he's wife answered and I told her what was going on and she said that's not right what Juan is doing and she'll let their partner know what's going on. Ben was out of country for a family emergency. John his partner finally contacted me and I told him, I don't want Juan ever contacting me or calling me. John was apologetic, but also stated that Juan was his only installer. John made sure someone else was here with Juan to supervise because how uncomfortable I felt with him around. During the installation, my husband did all the talking with Juan. My husband also had problems with him. My husband actually raised his voice because Juan was going to leave gaps in between the frames and the wall, where there should not be light seeping through. I swear he is very unprofessional, he talked back to my husband like my husband doesn't know what he's talking about. Juan for your information my husband works in the maintenance department in the casino, so he knows what he's talking about. Never again will I do business with this company!!!! Ben and John you were very nice, but the service you provided me didn't even deserve a star.
