| - What a great event. I really liked the fact that it was held outside in a large park (Roundhouse Park, near Rogers Centre). Lots of room to sit on the lawn and enjoy the great beer. It never really felt over crowded like most beer festivals I attended in the past.
You pay $10 in advance or $15 at the door to get your sample glass. Prices were very economical. Beer prices ranged from $1 - $2 per sample. Each token costs $1.
Most of the Ontario craft brewers were represented including Beau's, Lake of Bays, Nickelbrook, Black Oak, King, Steam whistle, Wellington, Mill Street, Left field, Flying Monkeys, Great Lakes and Amsterdam brewery.
Bonus - they had a cool water station to clean your glass and cleanse your palate. They also had a few food trucks which came in handy when I got "the beer munchies". Had a really good Schnitzel and Sauerkraut sandwich (must be the German in me).
Amazing overall experience with some great Yelpers. I will return next year for sure.
Bonus - got to meet some new Habs fan Yelpers!
