  • Their are many rental car companies out there which makes choosing one - quite a task. Well, I had to do just that over the weekend and I chose the Enterprise on 28th Street and Bell. I must say that I am very pleased that I picked this one because their customer service was outstanding! Not only were they friendly, helpful and prompt; they provided us with a very nice vehicle in the compact size we requested. The rental car was very clean and more roomy than we thought it would be. We had the pleasure of working with Hillary (Her card reads Assistant Mgr) and she really knows her stuff. She was very professional and knowledgeable as well as kind and efficient. The whole process took less than 15 min which was great. When we returned the car we had the pleasure of working with Kyle (his card reads Management Trainee) and he was just as wonderful as Hillary. We had a little hiccup with what we thought the total cost would be in the end since we returned the car one day earlier than planned but to our surprise they accommodated us even better than we expected which was very kind and very impressive. In addition - I have to say that I was also very impressed with these employees attire. Very professional and classy. I noticed it right off the bat when we first walked in. You can certainly tell that these employees take pride in their jobs. It is so nice to do business with individuals that care about their customers. Hats off to both of them (and to the others that work there as well)! I am hopeful that the Enterprise Corporation takes note of employees like these and recognizes them for the jobs they do. It helps to remind us that good customer service still exists!
