  • I went here for a manicure and pedicure because I had a Groupon. First, the place was a complete mess. I didn't even know if I was in the right place because the waiting room just looked like a messy office. Rosa is rude and acts like you are inconveniencing her (maybe because it was a Groupon, but I tipped her very heavily because I factored the Groupon in) . There aren't "stations" like at a typical salon or nail place. Another woman and I were sitting directly next to each other in the pedicure chairs and she went between us, working on one when the other was drying. I've never had anyone do that before; it was weird. Nails were chipped within a couple of days and I ended up going to a higher end salon/spa in the area to get them redone. Ironically, I was talking about how awful my experience was in the staff lounge at my job and another woman chimed in that she had purchased a Groupon and had an awful experience as well! Just pay the extra $10-$20 and go to Anthony Vince, Lotus Blossom or Ladies&Gentlemen.
