  • I first brought my car in to BMR Auto a couple of years ago for brake work based on a friends referral. I have a late 90's Ford Crown Victoria with 4 disc brakes. Brandon and his team did a great job working on and replacing the brakes and I have not had any issues since. The cost was also very fair. Since then, I have brought in my car a couple of times for some small issues and general check ups and Brandon never tried selling me on something I didn't need and always gave me his best recommendations. As it turns out, over the weekend, my intake manifold cracked and coolant sprayed all over the place and my car overheated late Sunday night. I was able to take my car in to BMR first thing Monday morning without an appointment and Brandon and his team started right away to figure out the problem. Although I found out later on that this issue with the intake manifold is common with my vehicle and the replacing of the piece can be time consuming, they were able to repair/replace all that day and even found a worn down drive belt which I also had replaced. The cost for the parts and repair was again very fair and all the mechanics working on my car took the time to discuss the condition of the vehicle with me. Not having my car for another day would of been a major inconvenience and I know that the cost for this kind of repair could have been much higher. Although my vehicle is older, I take great pride in maintaining it as best I can myself and know first hand how difficult it can be to find a good mechanic you can trust and won't over charge you or recommend things you don't need. If you are in need of any car repairs or basic maintenance, I would STRONGLY recommend going to BMR Auto.
