  • Hugo's = Vegas Legend? Yes! Hugo's = The REAL old school Vegas Experience? Yes! Hugo's cellar is definitely one of the best restaurants I have EVER eaten in Las Vegas. We journey to Vegas multiple times a year and have tried many of the so called "best" in vegas spots via YELP/Tripadvisor. Honestly, They dont compare to Hugos in price, service, ambiance, and quality of dishes. Hugos is a classic and I hope never changes. What folks need to realize, is that places like Hugos dont hardly exist anymore. So you better help keep these places alive. A classic top notch service gourmet room in 2013? Nearly impossible to find. Hugos is one of the best in Vegas for their traditional menu (Old School but in a good way) offering Steak, Seafood,Prime Ribs, Beef Wellington, Chateaubriand and they succeed flawlessly in delivering excellent food and and service. Hugos You found customers for life. Service: We were greeted in a warm and friendly manner. The waiters were professional and top notch. Food was spaced and paced adequately and they had the mandatory 3 person wait staff present for all tables. They also prepared custom table-side salad for ALL orders. Do I want shrimp in that salad? Heck yes. Fresh cracked pepper? A must! I get to choose my toppings? My my my. Food: Wife and I had the Prime Rib, which were excellent in terms of quality and price. The Prime Rib was cooked well and came with all the accoutrements. Solid piece not to mention the custom salad cart. Bread: Warm and soft. They had really yummy bread. Probably shouldn't have filled up on it. Atmosphere: Nothing fancy, but clean and orderly. It was probably the nicest spot in the 4 Queens Casino. Its downstairs by the poker tables if your lost.
