  • DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The people here are very nice until hey get you locked into your ironclad lease you cant get out of. Then it starts with waiting weeks before anything on the move in checklist of broken things get fixed. (mind you, the apartment is supposed to be ready for move-in. ). They never follow through on things they say they will do. There are people coming and going on the stairs all hours of the night making noise. If you rent a place with no desk in the master, there is a maintenance closet in that space instead outside. You wont get any sleep because the sprinkler system controls are in there and they run for hours in the middle of the night, loudly. The AC/heat system cold air return is out in the open by the kitchen, and is approx 2'x4'. When it is running, you have to turn your tv up full blast to hear it. If you want to talk to someone on the phone or in the apt with you, you have to turn it off to hear/be heard. There is no monitoring of who has keys to the exercise room. People move and give them to friends for a free gym membership. They don't enforce parking rules.Just because it's gated doesn't mean anything-people wait and follow cars in. no cameras. They charge 90.00 for each doggie dump you don't pick up after, and if you are one day late with rent you have a charge too. There is no grace period. If you complain about another apartment for noise, etc, they wont do anything about it. the walls are thin enough to hear conversations next door, and we had www matches going on above us every night from 8-11(at least it sounded like it.) They did nothing. consider yourselves forewarned.
