  • Karl's Bakery made our wedding cake, and we had a great experience with this bakery. They were one of the more affordable wedding cake companies we looked at in the Phoenix area, and our cake was both beautiful and delicious. We wanted something somewhat unique (toffee filling, not extremely sweet, and what's called a "naked cake", meaning little icing on the outside). Karl's was able to accommodate us by using their own candy, crushed very fine and added to the filling, which was a combination of custard and whipped cream. We got many compliments on how good the cake tasted, and we certainly enjoyed it ourselves!
