Went in to use the printer for some photos and I sat there for around 5-10 minutes waiting for the machine before I ask the clerk how long it normally takes. He didn't respond the first time so I ask again and Kyle tells me there's been an issue with the machine all day. I asked why I wasn't informed when I started using it that there were problems and he said he'd get their print expert to help and left. A woman comes up to me after a few minutes and says they're broken. Again, I asked why I wasn't told they were having problems. She tells me that he probably didn't know, but that's not true because he told me they didn't work. I said, "maybe you should have a sign up" and she told me they can't do that... so you won't inform a customer that something is broken until it's already in use and they have to ask???? It's not hard to mention that something isn't working properly! Especially when the clerk is literally standing next to the machines.
