Update: Regarding the actual medical practice, I only had one doctor here, who rushed me throughout my visits. The lab is inside the clinic so that's very convenient and the lab technician was very skillful. However, the clinic did not get back to me regarding the result; in fact I came back to follow up several weeks later myself. I was not impressed, especially after hearing from the doctor that my blood test result was not "normal" and there were issues that needed to be addressed.

I was on OHIP when I was working and visited this clinic once in a while. I liked it here as people were professional and pleasant.
Then my OHIP expired and I went back to school as a foreign student. I still have a health plan alternative to OHIP, issued by my insurance company.
I have had a fever for three days and aspirin did not seem to help much. So today I felt the need to visit the clinic. I explained to the receptionist my insurance situation. She advised me that I needed to pay 75 dollars upfront in cash for a visit and then I could file the claim myself to the insurance company. Even though I expected that I needed to do the claim on my own, I was surprised that they only took cash as I thought most medical places would have debit machines. If I go back for an appointment, I would always have to carry that amount of cash. Ironically, they put "foreign students are welcome" on their website. This is misleading.
I don't think most Yelp users here would encounter a problem like mine but I still want to write it here, to inform those using medical insurance other than OHIP. Guess I won't be back to this place for a long time, until my residence application is approved. Sigh.
