  • I had previously written a poor review which I've deleted. Something has changed, not sure if its new leadership since I last purchased from Airpark but my experience was 180 degrees from where we started. This was one of my top 3 buying experiences in the 12-15 cars I have brought from other dealers in the past. Their sales process has changed since previous visit; its one person managing the deal from start to finish; they aren't bringing in the "heavy" anymore to up to turn the thumb screws. BRAD P. (in sales) was cool; no ridiculous/cliche sales nonsense, nothing bad to say at all. The part that impressed me the most was signing, which for Airpark was their most troubled area. CHAD SEYMORE who completely by freak chance had managed financing for my wife's car a month earlier at his previous employer of 8 years. I had complimented him then and I will do the same here. Car buying aside, he's one of the most down to earth strangers I've had the pleasure of meeting. He's NOT a salesman. But he SOLD me the bumper to bumper warrantee on both my vehicles and I'm happy with my choice. I have NEVER purchased or even considered buying these before. SALES MANAGERS EVERYWHERE : listen to what I'm saying here. Dump the 1970's thoughtless questions like, "you don't see the value in this?" or the wildly popular "what can I do to earn your business today?" If I hear that garbage I will generally run away from your tiny remedial mind and find someone else to talk to with an above room temperature IQ. It's exceedingly difficult to teach someone with limited interpersonal skills to be a human and relate in a genuine and honest manner. Any sales moron can learn and repeat canned lines. Hire for personality and train for skill. News flash...Thats why the big time companies succeed. (E.G. Mayo Clinic, Google, Apple). Hire more people like Chad.
