  • I was in the store last week and had my first bad experience. I usually patron the store on Fort Apache but this time I made an appointment at the store on Cheyenne. I wanted to get two new tires and an oil change. I made an appointment one week in advance with the hopes that I would be in and out in a few hours. It was exactly the opposite. I was the second person in the door at 7am and waited with my truck. They did not pull my truck into the garage until 745am and then I waited 4 hours (with an appointment) for two tires and an oil change. The staff was dismissive about this and did not seem to think that was excessive. I won't be back to this location.
