  • The difference between the staff at this location and the Aden just down the street at 348 Yonge couldn't be more starkly different. The staff at 348 was really helpful, curious, and well informed. At 364 Yonge, we were made to feel like we'd crashed their party - what a drag a customer had walked in. They were dismissive, rude and uninformed about even the basics of the camera we were reluctantly shown (no guys, that Canon pocket point-and-shoot was NOT a DSLR). Bottom line: go to the 348 Yonge location, or if the staff rotates, try the other one if you're greeted with a sigh of despair as you walk in. Needless to say we made our purchase at the Aden 348 Yonge location - 5 stars to them.
