  • Not sure why all the bad reviews but I went in to swap my modem and it was a really quick and hassle-free process, probably 5-10 mins for the whole process. The store is spacious and clean with plenty seating. Two people were there to greet and help the customer sign in while three staff members were present to assist. The greeting staff was very pleasant however, the gentleman helping me could have been more friendly but I didn't really care. Overall, a decent experience
