  • It's really hard to find a good grooming place for your dogs and I figured it being in Scottsdale, the standards would be much higher. This place was alright enough for me to come back a second time with 4 dogs but after the second time, I don't think I will again. The price is fair and I like that you can watch all of the dogs being groomed from the window. The overall cleanliness, groom and nails is pretty good except for a few negatives. My groomer was not very good with trimming tails or ears of my Shih Tzus. I didn't notice until I got home but one of my dogs ears was much longer than the other side as if she forgot to cut that side. Another time she cut around the eyes poorly and they were bothering my dog's eyes. She also would keep the tails and ears way too long. I also just noticed she didn't clip all of their nails. Outside of grooming, I'm not really a fan of the charge if paying with a credit card. The store itself didn't really have anything worth purchasing. Overall, decent place to go if you're nearby but not worth the drive for me anymore.
