  • We have Hunter Douglas Duette Shades throughout our home, which is over 20 years old. The internal strings break from time to time, and we've been having Wisely Blinds fix them over the years. I take my shades down, and drive them to their shop. This last time a large double shade for the Arcadia door broke on one side only. My wife and I removed it, I made an appt, and drove it there on the day of appt. Everett was friendly and efficient. He replaced all internal strings, and finished in 30 minutes. Price was only $65 for all his work. We will continue to use Wisely Blinds as I am sure other shades will fail in the future. Hunter Douglas was an investment in quality, and Wisely helps me keep them in operation.
