  • Can I give less than one star? The staff are rude and worthless. The manager on site was just as worthless. Ask for help and it's pointless. Treat you like you're dumb when it's the AA machine that's out of paper! I'll never and I mean NEVER fly AA again. Which is sad because I fly about 30 to 35 trips a year.
