I did the Beef & Butter class one Saturday and I enjoyed it. Brian our Chef's Assistant was great. I liked the kitchen where the class was held, very professional and clean, it felt like being in an organised restaurant kitchen. You were supplied with recipes via email before the class; however hard copies were not needed on the day of class. What I liked was that all the ingredients for each recipe were portioned, packaged and ready for everyone, so you just had to walk up with your tray, collect your ingredients and head back to your station. This was a hands-on class so you got to do everything (sometimes twice if it did not come out right). Note that if you are doing a class that starts around lunch time, they will provide you with a light snack before the class, and you do get to eat your creations during and after the class. Drinks are available for purchase, alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
I'm looking forward to future classes; maybe I'll try the couple's class next time.
