This was the worst experience I've ever had at Bank of America! I immediately walked in to see a long line of customers waiting to be helped by a teller but none of them currently being helped because both tellers were still discussing the customers account that just left. As soon as they finish the female teller left and the male teller takes the next customer. By this time people are already just leaving since there is only one teller and each customer is taking a while. As I am waiting to be next, the male teller finishes up the customer and ran to the back. Didn't acknowledge me at all, just gone, meanwhile the line is growing longer and longer. When he returns he has a mouth full of food and doesn't even apologize for the long wait. Then a banker was trying to have the teller deposit his customers money the same time as I'm trying to make my deposit. As they start talking I can over hear there whole conversation! So unprofessional! The banker asked where the girl teller went, the male teller said lunch. Then he told the teller he just scarfed a whole sandwich right before he helped me but was still so hungry. I was just staring at them shocked! So tell me this Bank Of America, do you not give your tellers scheduled lunch times or were you really short staffed on Thursday?
