  • I definitely like to write reviews when I feel there warranted. I'm totally surprised by the mix ratings for this company however, I can only write on my experience and with our specific pool tech guy named WAYNE. He's been servicing our next door neighbors home for years and we unfortunately have been through 3 different pool companies. We asked our neighbor out of desperation to give us the phone number to his guy and we're glad he did. We have our service done North West side of town. This guy Wayne is a hard worker. Normally when we have a pool guy come out they are here for 10-15 mins tops {skim, dump filters, and run our unit}. The last company had our pool a Merky Green color, previous before them didn't know how to do our salt water levels {yes, there's an art to balancing everything} and the last dude was totally unreliable-show up one week & not the next. Thus far, been super impressed with Wayne. He does it all from cleaning the sides of the walls, to vacuuming the bottom floors -- scrubbing our spa and skimming everything from debri. Our levels and balancing are done correctly because our pool is a stunning turqoiuse Caribbean color. He also takes his time and is very therall. Not a rush job, cutting corners, or even trying to dodging the hot sun {which is awful at times} no sir, this guy has work ethics & he's worth the money paid. He gets the job done promptly, professionally & without sacrificing your pools needs. He's definitely a keeper & I would highly recommend. To add, he even shuts my pool gate making a sure my dogs are safe & locks our yard gate for security. Maybe due to the mixed reviews-if you're able to request Wayne or you receive Wayne as your Tech to service your pool your in LUCK! Lastly, the office manager / business owners we been dealing with is named Jeff and we had zero issues with customer service or professionalism. If anything they have been quick with responses, help with any questions, curtious and customer oriented, perhaps their under new management or a separate division based on locations. Either way, our summer will be an enjoyable one with a sparkling clean pool & a guy named Wayne servicing it. :) THANK YOU.
