  • The experience of buying a couch from here was pleasant. We had a very distinct idea of what we wanted, so once we found it a sales person got everything ordered and sold us on a 7 year fabric protection warranty. We received our couch a week or so later and everything looked good. After a few months we had a problem with one of the fold down tables, so a service man came out to "fix" it. After that when it was folded up the top part was clearly crooked and leaned to one side. After calls about getting it repaired nothing ended up happening and we were just left with it. Fast forward 3 years and most of our couch looks like it's been beat to hell. Looking at it you'd think it was 10 years old. The fabric looks overly worn and discolored and in the reclining sections the cushions are VERY broke down and pieces fall out of the bottom regularly. We are pretty gentle on our furniture, so there's no reason other than cheap materials used for it to look like this. For a $1900 couch it should last a lot longer than 3 year.
