  • absolutely the worst food and customer service i've ever seen! ordered hibachi chicken take out, got home and upon 1st bite all i could taste was onions. no flavor, no seasoning what so ever! couldn't taste the chicken, rice, or carrots, tasted like flavorless rice cakes. no taste what so ever in this disgusting food. drove all th way back, expecting a refund as i only ate 3 damn bites of rice. the owner had nerve to tell me he couldn't give me a refund because i ate off it???....... f*&k*&g seriously?????? what happened to making the customer happy so i would "actually come back"??????? i was told can get "a credit", no card given, no piece of paper with an amount or anything, was told, "i know you, i remember, when you came back you can get the same" news flash buddy: when someone says your food is disgusting, more than likely they won't be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! keep your $7 worth of cardboard onion flavor roasted cat, i'm good! i'll be sure to pass the word along on how "great" my experience was.
