This place needs to go out of business. Outdated equipment and unsanitary methods and conditions aren't the problem, poor customer service is. The doctor was professional but extremely aloof. Gee, had I only gone to the equivalent of HVAC school, I too could be an optometrist. Let's get back to the customer service issue as follows:
1. I call with a valid concern regarding a prescription.
2. I am placed on hold while my situation is being researched. After a solid eight minutes on hold, I hang up and redial.
3. I am quickly placed on hold, again...six minutes later I hang up quite peeved.
4. I call 30 minutes later to receive their voice mail.
5. I leave a message that it's somewhat urgent and to please call.
6. 28 hours later, no call, so I call again.
7. Someone answers. I'm slightly miffed but explain my situation.
8. I am told the problem is being worked on...
9. ...and, no it wasn't.
Horrible, horrible, horrible.
