  • This facility as a whole is terrible. The high turnover rate of employees and lack of communication with needs of customers is a good enough reason to not come back. Though during our last visit the nurse tried to give my son shots that he did not need as he had already received it. She didn't just listen but argued her point until we pointed it out on the shot records that had been forwarded to their office from Texas. They also completely missed other info from the transcript and did not properly transfer it over, and then lost our sons records for a couple days. Not saying anything about the doctors, but the facility and faculty as a whole.
