  • Great boutique store in Baxter. They really do know how to bake. They can hang with Magnolia bakery in NYC, and are almost as good as some of the bakeries in San Fran. That's a good crowd to hang with. Only downside is their popularity - they often sell out of certain flavors by late afternoon, and the bakery can't scale well for event catering. I spoke to a couple of the staff at Cupcrazed about lead time for a child's birthday party, and was told they needed 3-4 weeks notice. To me, the lead time should be more like 2 days. Perhaps their aren't enough skilled bakers in the area to hire?
