  • I lived in this place a few yrs back and had a horrible experience. I thought it may have been just me, but I can see it's not the case. Like everyone said, maintenance is absolutely horrible. I had problem with my apartment in reference to broken drawers, certain electrical outlets not functioning. Parking is horrible & it's hard to find a spot b/c ppl will park in your spot & nothing will be done about it. Gates were never closed so I never got the clicker. Landscaping leaves crap all over the place & it's common to come outside to your car covered in leaves and green pollen. Dog poop is all around the place so watch your step. My biggest problem with this property is the eviction that is on my credit from them. My father (who lives in Nebraska) had a stroke & had to have a stint put into his heart. Shortly after the doctors told him he had cancer and only a year to live. I decided to move my family to Nebraska to spend the last moments of my dad's life with him. The office appeared to be understanding as to why I was leaving, but after I was out they submitted an eviction against me for non-payment of rent. Bottom Line...STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!
