Terrible property managers. They are very dishonest and get away with bad practices. They don't respond to service requests timely, send out unreliable people to fix issues, lie to the owner, tell us things and then change their minds. Chris agreed to let us pay rent after the third for one month and then charged us a late fee. When we questioned this, we were told he never said that.
I complained about their practices to the owner and a few weeks later, they upped our rent 200$. Jillian who left a review works there so her review is biased. You should never rent from them. I pressed one star because I had to, they don't deserve any stars.
Currently we are in July.. We put in two service requests for a overhead light that is hanging and window that they had someone fix months ago. We get no response for the service until my husband calls them over a week later. They tell him we didn't even understood the service request but they never called to clarify. Then they tell my husband the person who fixed the window was not a window specialist. They said they would work on getting someone to come out to fix those issues. Then on the 15th of July we get a email stating we paid the rent late from the 2nd, which is a plain and simple lie.. charging us $100.00. This is just wrong and should be illegal. They are crooks and enforcing illegal practices.
I didn't realize it is considered frivolous to put in service requests for issues the property manager is responsible for and supposedly already had fixed. Don't make allegations that you can't support.
