  • This place lacks customer service. it's like pulling teeth out to get information from these guys. i picked up a mtb rental and the bike sucked. brakes were horrible and needed a bleed. when i returned the bike, no questions asked about the rental. i had to informed them about the brakes, gears jumping and other squeaking nosies. This place probably sees a high volume of tourist that will rent once and thinks the customer will never return.
