  • My description for this place: Worse service I have ever had. We were tourist that was staying in Toronto for 2 days. And of course, we hear about this store. We visited on the first day. First we were at the store inside Pacific Mall. It was the first time I had a service person yell at me. ''We are not selling anymore egg rolls. If you are waiting for egg rolls, leave. Leave. Leave''. And did not let us to order anything else even though we were going to buy mini egg cakes too. And like others have said, while this was being screamed, there was another lady behind the counter, making eggs rolls quickly, maybe 30-45 seconds for one. Then we left and after shopping around came to the other store by chance. There was a woman there before us who brought 2 packs of the flat ones with coconut inside and was asking for more. She was told there was no more. Same thing, with a very big attitude. We were going to ask if we can preorder both the round and flat types for pick up tomorrow. The lady pulled up a box and said there were 10 packets of the flat ones inside. So my question was, were they fresh and if yes, why didn't she sell them to the lady before us? We asked if we can preorder, we were told no and they can't promise what will be there tomorrow. We were back at Pacific Mall the next day to buy something else and someone in our party really wanted to try again. We got the same service. And was told everything they were making was for preorder. If we wanted to preorder, do it a week ahead of time. So from my experience, basically they sell to whoever they want to. Final thought: The food is slightly better than the big manufacturers but the service is enough that I will never visit again because it is not a blessing to me to give you my business which is how these people make it seem.
