  • This is some sort of new circle of hell and UNITED is its Dark Lord! We had our bags on the wrong flight so they took 3 hours longer to arrive. That's not terrible you say? Well it isn't until you actually know where your bag is but still have to run around the whole airport looking for some spawn to escort you to the place where your property is! Information desk? BAH! Not a single person here had any information or if they did was too rude or lazy to give it! Only saving grace was an angle of a air Canada (I knew, how cliche) who escorted me to my bag and helped me out. Even had some travel advice on my final destination! If there is justice in this world all seven plagues will descend on this toxic pool of vomitous! Nothing will be right here until UNITED is exorcised!
