  • I have been here many times over the years, but today's experience reminded me to comment about it. The staff here is unfailingly polite and helpful. No pressure at all, but every time I passed an employee, they stopped whatever it was they were doing to ask if I needed help with anything. When I said I was just looking, they would say "if you have any questions, please let me know". When I stopped to look at hats, one of the employees stopped and informed me that all of their current stock was out on display, the sizes were in the bins as marked, but if I wanted something they didn't have, they would be happy to order it for me. Leslie at the front counter took the time to search her invoices for an item I was looking for, but she wasn't sure they had. She then offered to order the item to have it in stock. I'm not sure what else these folks could do to make the experiences Hahn's any better. Great job!!!
