  • Horrible customer service I took my two children in today for an after lunch treat and the cashier was beyond rude. Her tone and mannerisms suggested we were bothering her. I told her we need a minute because this was our first time. She responded with "well I need to know what size box to use!" I would have bought a dozen, but her tone was harsh. We ended up getting 3 cupcakes which worked out better for us anyways. The cupcakes had a stale burnt taste and the Pink Champagne cupcake had no flavor at all. If the young lady would have been more welcoming and kind I would have returned, because I understand baking can be a tricky little monster, some batches are ok and some are better.
