I wrote a positive review last week because Ron and his team were amazing.
We've all had those experiences where we go in to get service and all goes well then a day or so later we notice something is a little off.
Whenever this happens I get a sinking feeling in my stomach because now I have to call and try and get the company to fix something again.
Usually the company fights, makes excuses and or tries to charge you again or more for another or the same issue.
NOT THE CASE with Ron!!!
When I called to say I felt something was just a little off, a friendly staff member said come on in right away.
When I got there Ron was there and immediately begin to apologize, he made no excuses and said he'd have his team work on it immediately. He briefly explained a few things that may have caused this, again no excuses just taking responsibility and educating me.
I was in and out in 30 minutes and Ron drove my BMW himself to make sure the issue I had felt was gone. He again apologized and even offered a free oil change for me next time I needed it.
Not only did I highly suggest this business in my previous post because their level of customer service and prices was exceptional, but now after having seen how they treat me when something did not go perfectly (which I imagine is VERY VERY rare), I am 100% confident that anyone will be thrilled with Ron and his team.
