  • During our Sunday afternoon stroll in Leslieville, we decided to get two lattes from Mercury Espresso Bar instead of Te Aro just to try something new. Very unpretentious spot, relaxed vibe and the aroma hits you as soon as you walk in. The baristas had cool style, thumbs up for the confident one with the low cut shirt (and hairy chest on display :p). The lattes were pretty good, not bad, but not the best latte I've ever had. I would definitely purchase them again though. They sure beat any chain.
