Just lost 18 year subscriber, due to "customer service" call center.
I have been a subscriber from the first day I moved to AZ.
I did not understand a "special offer," so contacted the call center.
Was treated incredible rudely, by a totally ignorant and inept representative
named Denisha.
Asked for the Supervisor, who was worse. She did not respond at all to
my concerns, read me a "script" about what my concern was "supposed to
be" according to her, and told me that my recent problems with the call center
were "inappropriate, and none of your business."
When I asked if she wanted to lose an 18 year subscriber, she replied "Do
what you want to do" and hung up!
Newspapers closing? Offering specials? Losing subscribers?
