  • Had appointment at 11am and was told to show at 10:30. Made announcement doctor is running 30 minutes late but 45 mins later after entire floor of 30 people are seen I go up there to voice and she says your appointment is not till 11:30. I said no it's not she said 11 as I'm 5 mins away from work and I wouldn't show up 1 hour before for appt. it's now 12:05 and still waiting as I type this. Totally unacceptable and I should be paid for this visit.
