  • Wow, I am so lost and amazed on how horrible the service is with republic services. Don't bother leaving an message with the message service asking for a call back because they don't call you back. I called because my trash was not picked up and was told my account was in the red when I didn't even give my account information to the representative yet and we always pay our bill for a year and my current bill even shows a credit. After spending 10 minutes trying to locate my account with the rep I am told my account was closed. So now I'm having to send them my bill showing that they sent me that shows my account info and the credit we have with them. OMG this is really bad and they should be audited and we should all be requesting to get new services so that Republicans services can be removed from the city and our trash pickup services. Maybe being in another company to give them a run for the money.
